ViA Animations
The challenge wen this animation was created, was to show a user, not just a normal consumer who had grown up with mobile phones, iPads and computers....
To the left are the first animations we made back in 2005. As you can see, we did make a 'guy' out of our single character out of the 'ViA Font'.
Later we came to adopt our ViAn, which was designed by the Swedish company Future Lab.
As you may know, by now, our 'mascot' the ViAn, came to be developed as a direct challenge to the already existing 'ViA Clown' back in 2007 and 2008.
The ViA Clown was first thought to be the 'guy' or the symbol, who brings the good news to the users, who ever they are. Quickly we came to learn that a 'clown' in the Arabic world, may not have the same meaning as it has in Europe, so our VP Georg Svensson (at that time) contacted some professionals in Sweden who had a vast track-record of creating global brand awareness,Future Lab from Sweden, who made a huge work and created the foundation for how we communicate the message out related ViA and its produces.
You can here also see some of the old productions where the 'clown' look alike figure was being used.
Here to the left you can first find 3 episodes of the ViANs presenting all about what ViA is all about. First to the consumers, than yo the Merchants 'shops' owner and last a short animation showing the consumer 'users' using their ViAcard and have bought something.
After the first 3 animations you can find a sample of different animations we have made inhouse. We hope you will come to like them.
